EMOTIONAL BALANCE

Neuroscience has made clear the close relationship between the central nervous system, the autoimmune system, emotional, physical, and mental health.

Thought and emotion are closely entwined. Emotions and anxiety can distort perception and our ability to apprehend the world as it really is. These obscuring anxieties impair our freedom by chaining thoughts in a way that cause us to think, speak, and act in a biased way. By contrast, a balanced emotional system gives more accurate perception – grounded in solid reasoning and emotional stability.

As life’s traumas build up, they colour the way we perceive the world. Brain training is designed to interrupt the habitual unconscious responses that keep us tied to the past, leading the brain to assess the current circumstances instead of carrying on with outdated responses and anxieties.

Seemingly small incidents may lead us to overreact, or to react inappropriately. We may be locked in a state of chronic sadness, lack of drive and motivation, or poor concentration; agitation, impulsivity, anxiety, panic attacks and sleep trouble; anger, fear, worry and self sabotage. When we are stuck we are stuck, making it seem impossible to move beyond it.

Some self medicate with food, work, alcohol, drugs, or meds to mask symptoms or achieve artificial balance.

Brain training offers a precise approach, targeting only the area of disregulation. Using state of the art brain mapping technology, we spot these locked in patterns of unbalanced or unstable activity, and use this information to build a training program unique to you. Our self balance approach allows traumatic memories to process and rebalance, without revisiting the event.

Brain balancing helps the essential person we are to emerge, allowing ourselves to be without all the internal interference. It helps bring out our intrinsic Self, that part that defines us as a particular person.
