BATTLEFIELD TRANSITION

Post Traumatic Stress occurs when the mind is locked into ‘battle stations’. Trauma sets these survival strategies into place, and burden soldiers for years, decades, or for life. While it’s a necessary state for survival in the field, it seldom serves us at home.

We get into trouble if our emotions are inappropriate to the situation at hand. For example, if anger is experienced in a situation where there is no real cause, then it’s destructive – it holds us back. These stuck states and emotions are precisely the things preventing us from returning to our true nature.

Brain Sate began the Warrior Transition Project for US soldiers returning from the Gulf, and had been 80%+ effective in relief of symptoms on the US government PTSD scale – making it the most efficacious method available. The process is efficient, non-invasive, and there is no need to talk about or revisit past events.

It helps bring you back home.
